The NordicTrack GX5.0 exercise bike offers a perfect blend of quality components and entertainment features, all built on a solid, easy access frame. It features a quiet inertia-enhanced weighted flywheel for smooth performance and 24 levels of frictionless resistance.

The adjustable chair-like seat with lumbar support moves forward and backward along a rail so that everyone in the family can easily find the right distance to the pedals.

Other features of the NordicTrack GX5.0 include 30 workout programs that target calorie burn goals or fitness performance, hand-grip heart rate monitors located in the handles, a wireless chest strap, workout fan, plug-in port for an iPod or MP3 player, and a speaker system on the console.

Though you may not need it, this model is also pre-fitted with the iFit Live technology, an additional cost feature that lets you download more programs from the internet via your home’s wireless network. You need to purchase a wireless module as well as a yearly subscription to iFit’s website to use this feature.
